Preface:- It is not just a synopsis; it is dream of every Indian. Those wants to be India as a Developed Country before year 2020 we named it as Mission 2020.To achieve it we need to make some planning. We make it only if we are able to know each detail about India like population etc. From this project we get those planning in quick session and less amount. India also suffers from other problems like corruption, fraud person, duplicate documents, duplicate caste certificate, etc. We need to think about it before going to make planning for Mission 2020. Here, in this project (that is discus in detail in next few pages) we designed one project that solves our entire problem in less time and less money. Aim:- The major aim of this project is to make INDIA as a powerful country in the world. This project can perform major role in VISION 2020 Mission that make INDIA as developed country. This project mainly based on computer technology. In this project we will store all information about each and every person in INDIA. No matter whether they are Indian or not. They are differentiated with card number which we will provide to each person. This project becoming a big project and need lots of investment, but if we look towards its benefits then this investment is negligible had has a lot of advantages in terms of money and time saving that discussed in detail. Major Concept:- Number System:- In this number system we are using 36 characters 0 to 9 decimal numbers and A to Z capital alphabets. Following table shows decimal number and its equivalent 36 characters number system number. Network Diagram:- Description of Network:- Central Control Unit (C.C.U.):- The above type of network doesn’t design before. It is partly public and partly private type of network. As shown on the figure there is one middle part called as Central Control Unit it is the main part of network because all the records will save on this level. It contains 4 – 5 super computers that will be specially designed for this network. There fore it is most important part of network. Middle Control Unit (M.C.U.):- After C.C.U. there is middle control unit that contain one server or router called as Zone server or Zone router. It manages data transfer between C.C.U. and P.L., and also contains some data such as wanted or missing list etc. Primary Level:- It is the last part of network, it contain all Offices. Boards etc (fig 1.1). It is the actual working part of network. In this level data will be entered, deleted, update etc (only for permitted person). Unique Individual Codes:- I) Zone/Country Code:- This is a 2 character code. The number of zones/country code will be the number of total districts we have in our country and number of country. All zone/country codes of each district and country will remain fixed. If we are going to use all digits i.e. from 0 to 9 and all characters i.e. from A to Z then will get 1332 different codes, which far greater than our total districts and number of countries. We don’t need these many codes. e.g.: 1) AB for Chandigarh, A1 for Pune, 2A for Bangalore and so on. 2) 00 for American, 01 for British, 02 for Italian etc. II) Person Code:- It is an 8 character code starting from 0000000 to ZZZZZZZ and has total 80,603,103,212 different number codes. If we consider this then we will able to give 80,603,103,212 codes in 1,332/2 zones. Therefore total 15, 65, 08,73,55,26,276 will we get which are far greater than our requirement. III) Identity card:- An Identity card will be given to each person having all necessary information like name in full, sex, date of birth, address, blood group, finger print, Identity code, etc. 1) Indian Identity code: – With the help of zone code and person code we get 10 characters long code that is Identity code. It is unique code and should be given within 8 days from birth. (Not for Existing Person) And it can’t be changed in any circumstances and can be given by respected department only. e.g.: 12ABCD12345 is the identity code for the person X. Above Identity code indicate that the person X belongs to the zone 12 let say Lukhnow. Repetition of Identity code: – After completion of code (End of Codes) Identity code will repeat from code of first dead person and so on. 2) Foreigner Identity Code: – Foreigner Identity code is same 10 character number of 36 character number system. With first 2 characters indicate code of country they belong to and will get same Identity card like person Identity card but different in color. Here maximum numbers of countries are 1,332/2. e.g.: Code Name Country 11 ABC12345 Tony Blair Briton Validity of foreigner Identity Number: Validity of this identity number will remain till that persons stay in India. If due to some reason that person has to visit India regularly then his/her number will be fixed till that person’s death or their request. 3) Dual Citizen Person Code: – Some of the Indian citizens those having other citizenship also get their Identity code which will be having its first two characters fixed. e.g.: 00ABC15624 where 00 is fixed number. 4) Shop/Trust/Company/Hospital etc. registration Code: – We will use this project in this type of registration also. From which we will know more information about it. Similarly, it has 8 characters of 36 character number system and will get registration Identity card with different color. e.g.: Code Company AB141000 India InfoTech Where AB indicates zone code, 1 indicates type of registration (e.g. 1 for shop, 2 for company, 3 for trust, etc.) with 4 subtype of shop (e.g. 1 for provision, 2 for automobile, 3 for medical shop, etc.) Validity of registration number: Validity of registration number will be up to shops or trusts or other things existence. 5) Vehicle Registration Code: – Here also we provide one 9 character number of 36 character number system with Identity card of different color. e.g.: Code Vehicle Name Owner’s Code AB0012345 Kinetic Aquila AB02398567 Here AB indicate zone code, 0 indicate number of wheels (e.g. 0 for two, 1 for three, 2 for four, etc.) and 0 indicates company (e.g. 0 for Kinetic, 1 Bajaj, 2 for TVS, etc.) 6) Global Bank A/C Code:- It is the combination of two 36 character number system number of which first number indicate details about bank and second number indicate A/C number f that branch. e.g.: AB101ABC123 Where AB is off course zone code 1 is branch number 01 is bank code (e.g. 01 for SBI, 02 for ICICI) Validation for Global A/C Code: This number will be valid till A/C will exist. 7) Vehicle License Number: – In this project we are also going to maintain vehicle license number for each license holder by giving vehicle license number. i.e. 7 characters of 36 character number system. e.g.: AB123CD Third character indicate vehicle License holder if it is in between 1 and 4. Weapon Holder License Number: – In India there are many persons that have their won weapon. In this project we are also going to maintain these records with weapon holder license number. e.g.: AB51234 Third character indicates that it is weapon license holder number if it is 5 to 6. 9) Drinker License Number: We will also maintain liquor drinker license number holder record also. e.g.: AB71234 Third character indicate that it is liquor license holder number if it if 7. Functioning:- New Record Entry: – For Existing Person: – New record entry for existing person is difficult task but not impossible. All required information about each person is stored in a computer. One number will be get allocate to each person and i.e. his/her identity number with identity card. For New Born: – New record entry to new born child should be entered by their parents i.e. they should do their child’s birth registration within 8 days. Similarly one number will be get allocate for them with identity card (Simple) These entries can be done by respected officer only. No unauthorized person will be got the access of this Software. Validation: – When e INDIA Identity card holder die then its necessary record transfer into dead person list and their Identity Number add into free number list queue. And these free number reallocate to new person after some year or if required. Major Advantages:-After completion of this project , I am sure we get lot of advantages in terms of saving money , time and other purpose .It is discuss in details in following points. 1. Population Calculation :- It is the one of the main purpose of this project to know accurate population differently and use these statistics in to population control planning of INDIA without population control. it is difficult to make India as Developed country. From this project we are able to calculate population in the following different forms.  Population of INDIA (overall)  State wise  Zone wise  Religion wise  Sex wise  Age wise  Education wise  Employment wise  Blind / handicap / etc  Blood group  HIV + ve / HB + ve / etc  Vehicle wise  Crime wise  Combination of above E.g. age and sex wise etc 2. Election: – Today lot of time and money required to make voting list but still it is not perfect lot of mistake is in the voting list such as missing name in voting list it happened in general election 2004 and happened with our President Mr. A. P. J Abdul Kalam, multiple record and spelling mistake etc. from this project we minimize all these mistake and fresh updated voting list available in just few minute. So here we save lot of time and money. If we modify today’s electronic voting machine, we are able to save time and money with 100% transparency in voting and process get more easy. 3. Education:-100% educated county is key factor for developed county. This project helps to make India 100% educated. This project gives us current position of education and education rates. By using this information we make plan to improve our education rate. 4. Employment: – From this project we calculate actual number of employed person or any other type calculation related with employment. By using this record we are able to know at which area employment need or not that help to make employment at right place. Those help migration of person for employment. 5. Police department :- This project perform major role for police department , department able to know all required information about any person that need for department by using Person Identity Number or name or finger print. This helps to find out wanted or missing person. In case of bail, police department are able to know all information about guarantor. So here duplicate guarantor must be find out. In case of accident police department are able know detail information about passenger and affected vehicle that help in to quick action. 6. R. T. O.:-To issue new license to the respected person R.T.O. needs his/her age, residential proof, etc. With the help of this project R.T.O. will be able to get accurate information about respected person within few minutes with the help of Identity card some other work like vehicle passing, road tax, etc. will become easy, accurate and fast. 7. Hospital: – This project will help to know the medical record of patient like blood group, allergies, old decease, etc. In accident or other cases this project will also help to inform his/her family of unknown patient. 8. Bank/LIC/Finance Consultant/etc:- In today’s date it is necessary to know about your customer to prevent fraud or unnecessary duplication or misuse of A/C, policy, etc. For the Police department or Income Tax department to know details about A/C or policy of wanted person. 9. Passport: – Passport Office needs many information about the person of which passport is to issue. With the help of this project they will be able to know all the information of that particular person by just clicking the button. Here we will able to prevent any misuse of passport and duplication of passport in the future. 10. Service Provider:- Different type of service providers like Telephone/Mobile, Internet, Cable, Govt. Departments, etc. need to know about their customer. In this project we will give them all the necessary information by clicking just one button. 11. Election Commission:- This project will help election commission in different ways to ease their task like updating voting list, know candidate’s information. 12. As a single certificate:- This Identity card will be used as a cast, age, residential, birth, domicile, ration card etc. So there will be no need to release this certificate separately in the future. Here we will save lot of paper, time and money. We will also prevent duplication and misuse of this certificate. One more use of this Indian Identity card is as an election voting card, because it will be released in strict condition. So it will help us in preventing duplicate voting and election process will be easy and errorless. 13. Emergency Condition:- This project will play an important role in emergency cases like earthquake, flood, major train accidents, plane crashes, etc to know affected person and to inform their relatives. This will ease the rescue operation. 14. Saving Money and Time:- 1) We calculate Indian population after each 10 years. For this we need lot of money and manpower but still the past record is very bad as far the accuracy is concerned. This money and time is partially got west. But using our project we don’t have to count the population we can find the accurate population whenever required by just clicking one button. By using this project we will get different statistics that may be used in future for planning. 2) There are many cases of multiple names in same or different voting list or we had also found many persons name after death also or after leaving that area also. But this will never happen when we will use our project. These kind of problems will be totally removed after launching of project which will save the money, time and also prevent mal functioning and we can update voting list very fast. The project will take just few minutes to update the voting list. Here I am proud to say that our election commission will become fast and accurate. 3) By using this project we can save a lot of paper and thereby money also that we requires for different purposes which will result into save our wooden wealth thereby we can save our trees and forests. 4) We have found many cases like one student takes more than one admission in the same academic year to get more certificates and scholarships in small time which results a lot of misuse of governments money which we may use in different tasks. Our project will help here also. 5) Lot of people get duplicate telephone, mobile, bank A/C, passport, etc. by using duplicate documents. Our project will help to prevent this kind of mal practices also. 6) For R.T.O., property registration office, Police department, bank, finance consultants, different boards different service providers like mobile, cable, etc. Different examination board need to know each and every detail of a particular person whether his/her documents are original or duplicate which takes a lot of time of both applicant and service provider. But after launch of our project we can avoid such time loss and chances of mal practices can also be prevented. In short we will able to prevent  Duplicate voting.  Duplicate/Multiple Admission.  Fraud Person.  Duplicate customer in bank.  Duplicate guarantor for bank loans, bail, etc.  Duplicate Doctors, Pharmacist, etc. And many more mal practices. This Unique Identity card and Number can be used in:  Personal Identity.  Election.  Property dealing.  Vehicle selling/Purchasing.  Vehicle registration.  Driving license.  Liquor drinking license.  School/College/University.  Hospital.  Police.  Passport.  Plane/Railway reservation.  Employment office. Major points in this project:  Person Identity Number.  Person Identity card.  Centralized and unique working system.  Fast and easy to operate.  Accurate in result.  Important statistics available fro future planning.  Money and Time saving.  One process and one system for all.  Organized Functioning of Govt. Offices. More use of Network: This Network will be used for various purposes that discussed follow in detail. 1. Official data transfer: Official data transfer is the main sub use of this network. It wills able transfers heavy data between two or more offices. e.g.: If department ‘A’ wants to transfer some data to other departments across the country. Then department ‘A’ can use this network if they are authorized department of the and have permission to use the network 2. Video Conferencing: This network can also be used to communicate via video conference or any other service like Internet Telephony. 3. Weather Information Transfer: In this project we will also store record of weather of each zone. That will help to study about weather of all zones collectively. 4. Many more.
